What counts toward the check limit?
Every HTTP, TCP, and TLS check you create counts toward the total. The limit is across all your projects combined - Free allows 5 total, Starter 40, Pro 150.
What happens if I hit my project or check limit?
You won't be able to create new projects or checks until you're within the limit again - either by deleting existing ones or upgrading your plan. Existing monitors continue running normally.
Can I upgrade from Free or Starter later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time from the dashboard. When upgrading from Starter to Pro, the price difference is prorated for the remainder of your billing period.
What happens at the end of the free trial?
If you subscribe, everything continues as normal. If you don't, your account pauses - checks stop running but nothing is deleted. You can reactivate at any time.
Is the Free plan really permanent?
Yes. There's no trial period on Free - it's not a 30-day free tier that converts to paid. One project, five checks, 3-min intervals, forever. Upgrade when you need more.
